Question for you German simmers out there

I was wondering if any of you guys that speak German could take a look at this site:

Is this a real life ranch or a sim ranch?? Because I was approached via email that they wanted to purchase my horses, even though I have blocked the search engine thing so it shouldn't come up on google or anything like it unless you know what you look for, such as names etc
