Connecting SIM Stables Worldwide?

As a North American Simmer I am personally interested in expanding my sales and breeding experience overseas. Imported SIM Horses Worldwide is, in my opinion, the first step to bridging the gap between American and European simmers.

I have a few other ideas to bridge the gap and am interested in your opinions!

Stable Listings
- listings of stable sites & countries etc

Stallion Listings
- would be a way to get offspring competing out of country and to gain more acclaim

What do you guys think?

Great ideas both of those, I'm definetly in, if this develops to something. So it would be kinda the same "company" as Imported SIM Horses Worldwide?

I think the forum can certainly benefit from having a stallion directory. If I was doing it, I'd have it sectioned by regions, like the sales are, with subboards for different types - stock horses for all the working western, sporthorses/warmbloods, spanish, pony, draft, ect. I think that'd be really cool and I would certainly use it to market my stallions.

If we were to add stallion advertisements it would be hosted here, as a part of ISHW. There seems to be a lot of positive input towards the idea

I really like the ideas but I want to mention that even a list of stallions in the forum would be totally messed up after a while... maybe we should write a script for a sorted list for them. with a search tool to find the best stallion for my mare

nymphy, a search thing would be handy. I think Meaghan did a stable listing database a while ago, you could ask her if this stallion list would be possible :---) I know nothing about php and databases, so can't help.
